This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Our Returns Policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.
By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do exchange and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be exchanged or returned for a refund. For refunds or exchange, the products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If given days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Full name of the person who placed the order.
- Order number.
- Items must be in its initial state (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).
- All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that will insure the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
- If the product is damaged, we will cover your shipping fee to have this exchanged with a new piece.
- If you are looking to exchange your product due to sizing change, we will also handle the shipping fees to have this sorted for you.
- If you are looking to refund the product, please note that you are liable for the shipping fees.
- Animus Physique reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not comply with our Return Policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
To request a return please email us on returns@animusphysique.com or through our contact page and you will receive instructions on how to return your products.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item when requesting a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective or damaged and you need to exchange the product for the same or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information.
The application must contain the following:
- Full name of the person who placed the order.
- Order number.
- Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the stated conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund and a confirmation email. The refund will be made via the original payment method.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to Animus Physique will not be automatically re-sent and additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Animus Physique undertakes to deliver the product(s) in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the customer could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
ANIMUS PHYSIQUE DELIVERY
- Animus Physique delivers worldwide.
Animus Physique orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday - 9 AM - 5 PM GMT). For security reasons, Animus Physique will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will Animus Physique accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

Animus Physique may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- 1 - 2 working days.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays). Please note that this may be extended during holidays, launches, restocking, limited edition launches and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
SHIPPING TIMES

- EU (European Union): 2 - 11 working days
- Rest of the world: 3 - 17 working days
Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
If we have added tracking to your order and it has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will include the tracking number of your order. Please be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided for further assistance and information or contact us via our contact information for further information and assistance.
DELAYS
Animus Physique is not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery due to force majeure, public order and natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Animus Physique is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself or delays related to our drivers. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed as soon as Animus Physique makes the product available to the buyer, which is possible thanks to the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed" or "delivered".
